Senior Cloud Infrastructure Director Opportunity

This highly respected and experienced senior leadership position is a pivotal role in leading the delivery of secure infrastructure and cloud services across hybrid environments within a SI setting.

As a seasoned expert with a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IT operations, and technical leadership skills, you will drive strategic service delivery across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid platforms, ensuring high-quality operations and SLA adherence.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in leading technical teams, managing large-scale projects, cloud security monitoring, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end service delivery across multiple environments, fostering automation and process excellence.
  • Manage secure data environments, SIEM, observability, and analytics tools (Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace, etc.).
  • Develop strong client relationships, conduct service reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure incident, change, problem management based on ITIL best practices.
  • Lead team development, budget management, and align services to business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in IT service delivery, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong background in SI environments, managing complex IT projects, and driving digital transformation.
  • Expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps, data analysis, and cloud security.
  • Required: ITIL v4 Foundation certification; Preferred: PMP, Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), ITIL Managing Professional.
