Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:

This role involves the development and maintenance of cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kubernetes and Nutanix, as well as a solid understanding of system/network infrastructure.

  • Develop, test, and deploy system/network infrastructure
  • Work closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager, and Technical Lead to implement projects
  • Resolve incidents within SLA timeframe and perform root cause analysis
  • Escalate unsolvable incidents/problems to the Operation Lead or Service Delivery Manager

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Dynamic, customer-oriented attitude with ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems
