**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. This is a global role with high job stability.

About the Job
  • Design, implement and maintain our entire IT infrastructure - network, servers, cloud, backup and etc.
  • Manage internal IT Infra team and managing external vendors, ensuring external SLA has been met.
  • Be the point of escalation for business during critical incident events. Manage stakeholder expectation and understanding business needs in the event of incident escalation.
  • Manage IT Incident, Problem, and change management processes across Asia.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to identify opportunities to improve services.

Skills and Qualifications:

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure - Cloud, System or network. At least 5 years of external vendor management is required for this role. Proven track record in IT Service Management and being the point of escalation for business in critical incident events is required for this role.

Exposure to regional role will be required for this role. Exposure to managing a team will be highly preferred.
