Job Title

This is a unique opportunity to lead a regional team of cybersecurity experts, driving technical service delivery across ASEAN. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of CrowdStrike solutions and strong leadership skills.

The role involves leading a team of cybersecurity Solution Architects, driving partner enablement, and shaping technical service delivery across the region. This is a technical leadership position with a deep focus on CrowdStrike solutions, driving regional impact and leading enablement at scale.

  • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity Solution Architects
  • Act as the technical lead for pre-sales and enablement initiatives
  • Deliver technical presentations, POCs, and security assessments
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to support go-to-market strategies
  • Manage partner technical relationships and develop a scalable training program
  • Develop and standardize service offerings (pre/post-sales) and documentation (SOPs, SOWs)
  • Represent the organization at events, trainings, and partner workshops
  • Drive internal enablement and regional alignment with sales and presales teams
  • Maintain a catalog of technical services aligned with CrowdStrike's offerings
Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity Solution Architects, driving partner enablement, and shaping technical service delivery across ASEAN.

Pre-Sales and Enablement

Act as the technical lead for pre-sales and enablement initiatives, delivering technical presentations, POCs, and security assessments.

Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity Solution Architects, developing their skills and expertise in CrowdStrike solutions.

Partner Development

Manage partner technical relationships, develop a scalable training program, and collaborate with sales and product teams to support go-to-market strategies.

Documentation and Standardization

Develop and standardize service offerings (pre/post-sales) and documentation (SOPs, SOWs), maintaining a catalog of technical services aligned with CrowdStrike's offerings.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of technical experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity
  • Strong expertise in CrowdStrike technologies (certifications preferred)
  • Experience in pre-sales, technical enablement, and partner development
  • Familiarity with security architecture, network protocols, and cloud security
  • Proven leadership experience with regional team oversight
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable delivering both technical workshops and executive-level briefings
  • Willingness to travel regionally across ASEAN as required
