Job Title: Estate Operations Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of an estate.

  • Supervising daily estate operations and maintenance is crucial to ensuring the estate runs smoothly.
  • Conducting daily inspections and managing defect reporting helps identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Liaising with contractors, vendors, and MCST ensures effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintaining compliance with BMSMA and safety regulations is vital to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Managing proper records, reports, quotations, and logs helps track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Responding to resident queries and feedback in a timely manner builds trust and improves relationships.
  • Preparing documentation and supporting AGMs/EGMs ensures that necessary information is shared and decisions are made efficiently.

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma In Real Estate Management / Facilities Management or related field is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required to succeed in this position.

Working Hours:

  • 5.5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm; Saturday, 9am - 1pm)

Salary Range:

  • $3300 - $4300 per month (dependent on experience)
