We are seeking a "Smart Home Service Expert" with excellent communication and diagnostic skills to lead a team of technicians in performing thorough product testing and evaluation, providing technical support and advisory to consumers and businesses in regards to any technical product enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing for new product/software prior launching to ensure high-quality products and services for PRISM+ customers.
- Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visits to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Configure smart product setups to meet the needs of PRISM+ customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues independently and efficiently.
- Record and update test reports/service reports on a timely manner to ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform in-house repair and maintenance of PRISM+ products to ensure their optimal performance.
- Support warehouse disposal activities to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians in their daily activities to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
- Liaise with engineers to solve any technical faults and improve product quality.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of working experience as an onsite Technician or relevant experience working with smart home appliances product.
- Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Willingness to perform overtime work when required.
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.
