Job Summary:
Citi seeks a seasoned Technical Applications Support Lead to provide high-level technical and business support for users of Citi applications. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements.

About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi applications, including resolving app issues, driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements. The successful candidate will maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm. They will also manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
The Technical Applications Support Lead will be responsible for:
• Providing technical and business support for users of Citi applications
• Resolving app issues and driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements
• Maintaining application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm
• Managing, maintaining, and supporting applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations
• Evaluating continuous monitoring and alerts setup in all application releases
• Developing and maintaining technical support documentation
• Assessing risk and impact of production issues and working with stakeholders to mitigate the risk
• Partnering with development teams to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements
• Working with SMEs and Dev teams to resolve identified risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues within SLAs

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
• 5-8 years' experience in an Application Support role
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications
• Experience in programming languages (.Net, SQL Servers, and Reporting tools like Tableau, MSTR) and willingness/ability to learn new stacks
• Experience in Agile delivery and change management tools (Jenkins, Bit Bucket, RLM, JIRA)
• Service Now - Incident management, Reporting, Problem Management, Configuration management
• Effective communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information
• Ability to plan and organize workload and consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders
