Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Manage all Contractual claims, including EOT, variations, and loss & expense.
  • Provide Contractual advice and ensure company compliance with obligations.
  • Identify Contractual risks and develop Mitigation Strategies.
  • Resolve Disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage all Contract Documentation and Dispute letters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Contract Law.
  • Minimum 10 years in Construction Contract Management.
  • Expert knowledge of PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA contracts, and SOP Act.
