Job Summary

This role is a key part of our operations team, responsible for ensuring that medical consumables are replenished in hospitals at various stock points.

The specialist will maintain ready stocks at the Distribution Center and conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels.

In addition to these primary responsibilities, the specialist will also be involved in receiving supplies accurately, storing and classifying them properly, endorsing, documenting, and archiving files correctly, managing inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks, identifying supply chain gaps and deficiencies, monitoring supplies for quality, communicating with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately, processing customer orders smoothly and timely, coordinating with logistics stakeholders for delivery of goods from warehouse to customers, and ensuring data and transaction integrity in the enterprise computer system.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock levels by conducting regular inventory counts and managing inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks.
  • Supply Chain Management: Identifies supply chain gaps and deficiencies, monitors supplies for quality, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinates with logistics stakeholders for delivery of goods from warehouse to customers.
  • Data Integrity: Ensures data and transaction integrity in the enterprise computer system.
