Job Role:

The Fulfillment Center Associate position involves performing a variety of tasks, including setting up equipment and processing orders.

  • Review all the orders for the week to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process daily orders by selecting items from storage locations and packaging them for delivery.
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support the team's workload.
  • Verify special setups and client needs are met by checking notes on orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace to ensure efficient operations.
  • Understand work orders to determine the type and quantity of items ordered by customers.
  • Locate items in storage areas using information from the merchandise database.
  • Ensure items are in good condition and conform to quality specifications before packing and boxing.
  • Generate documentation regarding packed items from the system and hand it over to delivery personnel.
  • Arrange incoming shipments in designated storage areas according to established protocols.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Will to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel software.
  • Basic Windows/iOS skills.
