This role is responsible for leading and executing corporate finance activities across real estate, infrastructure, and connectivity business segments.

  • The responsibilities include developing and executing financial strategies, leading debt sourcing and capital raising initiatives, working with consultants on financial and tax structuring, and managing relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate growth, capital structure optimization, and shareholder value enhancement.
  2. Lead debt sourcing and capital raising initiatives, including bilateral/syndicated loans, debt capital markets, and equity fundraising.
  3. Work with consultants on financial and tax structuring for investment deals to address risk exposures.

  5. Engage with investors, analysts, banks, and rating agencies on communication of financial strategy and performance.
  6. Lead complex negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and counterparties to secure favorable outcomes.

  8. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  2. Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  4. Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale financial transactions.
  5. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  6. Ability to lead complex financial negotiations and influence senior stakeholders.
