**Role Summary**

This role will report directly to Head of Corporate Strategy.

You will be part of our Corporate Strategy team and work closely with team members to support the development and implementation of the firm’s business strategy, including evaluating, assessing and executing corporate opportunities, strategic partnerships, and inorganic growth opportunities.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities****:

- Market research to monitor and analyse competitor benchmarking, industry intelligence and market trends to support evaluation and development of strategic opportunities.
- Project management and execution of corporate and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing inorganic opportunities including deal valuation, structuring and negotiation and coordinating legal documentation.
- Assist Head of Corporate Strategy in coordinating and supporting business activities.

**Education Qualification****:

- Degree in a related discipline.

**Experience and Skills****:

- Strong skills in financial modelling and exposure to legal documentation, deal negotiation and transaction structuring.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and mathematical background with a problem-solving mind-set.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Energetic and pro-active, with the ability to front-face senior stakeholders.
- Positive, self-starter and a committed team player.
