- Key Responsibilities: (1) Co-create corporate strategies (together with business teams) for market positioning, evolving customer needs, and differentiation from competition (2) Uncover and pursue strategic partnerships and inorganic opportunities that will enhance Country’s overall competiveness or key value propositions (3) Drive and manage the overall business planning process for Country, including annual budget as well as regular KPIs & metrics reporting to SG Senior Management / SG Board / Group EXCO / Group Board

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct surveillance and analysis of evolving market trends including competitive landscape situational analysis and strategic response to regulatory changes - Lead workstreams to formulate corporate strategies regarding specific themes together with business and ‘chapter’ units - Ensure continuous engagement / immersion in the relevant industry scenes, in order to uncover potential timely opportunities for strategic alliances / partnerships / acquisitions - Perform necessary commercial due diligence (CDD) if potential opportunities arise for senior management consideration - Drive and manage Country-level KPIs / OKRs and metrics for reporting purposes - Lead overall annual budget planning process for Country - Organize concerted response to other ad-hoc reporting requests on a Country-level
