Customer Service Representative Job

This role involves managing inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth experience for students. You will serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing their needs promptly and professionally while collaborating with teams to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with learners, trainers, and departments to ensure programmes run smoothly
  • Providing support for learners through telephone, emails, and walk-ins
  • Ensuring daily operational activities are completed
  • Assisting in classroom facilitation
  • Preparing course materials
  • Administrative work (Attendance, Evaluation, Document Filing, etc.)
  • Monitoring and scheduling trainings to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
