Digital Workplace System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the management, optimization, and support of our digital workplace technologies.
This role is responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Device Deployment & Configuration: Plan and execute deployments of endpoint devices; configure and maintain compliant device images.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce security policies, apply regular patches, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Endpoint & Software Management: Oversee inventory, monitoring, troubleshooting, and software deployment; maintain licensing compliance.
- Automation: Leverage scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- User Support & Asset Management: Provide end-user technical support, deliver training, and maintain an accurate asset inventory, including lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 8–10 years' experience in system operations and identity/access management operations.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoint management.
- Strong expertise with Okta, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, and security best practices.
- Solid knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoom administration.
- Experience with scripting/automation (APIs).
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
