Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned architect to lead our global hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-end projects, with at least 8-10 years of experience working in professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Selection and Assessment: Conduct thorough site reviews and assessments to identify suitable locations for our business.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to our CEO on site opportunities and challenges.
  • Master Planning and Space Planning: Develop initial master-planning and space-planning concepts for our projects.
  • Applications and Submissions: Prepare and submit applications to potential landlords and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise with local authorities and building departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Design Brief Development: Collaborate with our CEO to develop design briefs for interior designers.
  • Progress Reporting: Report regularly on project progress to our CEO.
  • Quality and Deadline Management: Ensure all work meets high standards and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in professional practice.
  • Global Experience: Proven experience working on high-end hospitality projects globally.
  • International Building Standards: Strong knowledge of international building standards.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical detailing, architectural, and structural construction drawing skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for work.

The successful candidate will be a skilled project leader with excellent communication and project management skills. You will have the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects within budget and time constraints.

The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to deliver bespoke solutions that meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to think strategically.
