**Overview**

**Project Manager**to lead and oversee **hotel development projects**from initiation to completion. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, quality, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet client and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hotel construction projects.
- Manage overall project schedule, budget, and resources to achieve timely completion.
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, resolve technical issues, and drive problem-solving on site.
- Oversee quality assurance, ensuring works meet client expectations and international hospitality standards.
- Manage project reporting, progress tracking, and documentation for management and client updates.
- Lead project meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Support handover processes, including testing, commissioning, and defects rectification.
- Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring strong collaboration and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven track record delivering **hotel, hospitality, or mixed-use commercial projects**.Strong knowledge of local construction codes, regulatory requirements, and authority submissions.
