Job Title: Hospital Construction Project Manager

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of hospital construction projects.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion.
  • This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and hospital stakeholders to drive project milestones and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conducting risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and statutory requirements throughout project phases.
  • Reviewing and approving architectural and construction plans, specifications, and procurement to ensure alignment with hospital needs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of project documentation, progress reports, and handover packages.
  • Leading project meetings, managing communication channels, and providing updates to senior management and clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of local project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local construction codes, healthcare regulations, and safety practices.
