Optics Cleanliness Specialist

We are seeking a professional to provide engineering support to maintain production line cleanliness and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support for production line cleanliness and optics bonding
  • Support cleanroom cleanliness control and adherence to established protocols and standards
  • Support process qualification activities across operations and facilities
  • Participate in the development and cleanliness qualification of suppliers
  • Identify and implement improvement projects to enhance cleanliness throughout the manufacturing process
  • Apply lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques to drive continuous process improvements
  • Conduct statistical analyses to monitor and improve process capability and control
  • Validate new and existing equipment and processes to ensure compliance with cleanliness and operational standards

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Optical, Materials, Mechanical or Precision Engineering, Physics/Chemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in optical/laser manufacturing or cleanroom environments
  • Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and strict cleanliness and safety standards (ISO Class 6 or higher)
  • Hands-on experience with process improvement projects focused on yield, cycle time, and waste reduction
