Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to provide engineering support for production line cleanliness and optics bonding. This role will ensure on-time delivery and product quality while maintaining a cleanroom environment.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to maintain production line cleanliness, develop and implement improvement projects, and drive continuous process improvements. Experience in optical manufacturing, cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and strict cleanliness standards is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing engineering support for production line cleanliness and optics bonding.\
  • Maintaining a cleanroom environment and ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.\
  • Developing and implementing improvement projects to enhance cleanliness throughout the manufacturing process.\
  • Driving continuous process improvements using lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques.\
  • Validating new and existing equipment and processes to ensure compliance with cleanliness and operational standards.\
  • Generating and maintaining manufacturing support documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.\\/ul>

Requirements
\
To be successful in this role, you will require a Master's degree in Optical, Materials, Mechanical or Precision Engineering, Physics/Chemistry, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and strict cleanliness standards is essential. Experience in optics cleanliness methodologies, process controls, and technician training is also required. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with process improvement projects focused on yield, cycle time, and waste reduction.
