Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista Team Lead to fill this key role in our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the barista team, ensuring exceptional beverage quality, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the barista team, providing on-the-job training in beverage preparation, customer service, and daily café operations.
  • Ensure consistent beverage quality by following established preparation procedures and maintaining high product standards.
  • Support the creation and testing of new drink recipes to keep the menu innovative and aligned with customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
  • Monitor and manage inventory for coffee ingredients and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper storage.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a senior or supervisory barista role, with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, beans, and equipment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to guide and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about coffee and quality service, with experience in inventory management and day-to-day café operations preferred.
