Job Title: ACMV Systems Coordinator

  • Avoid applying for this job unless you have a solid background in mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems. As an ACMV systems coordinator, your responsibilities will include planning and executing projects that involve resource management, coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

  • You will be required to prepare project schedules, drawings, and specifications in accordance with design and classification requirements. Additionally, you will need to check and analyze drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications to ensure compliance.

  • Your duties will also include monitoring the quality of workmanship, implementing correct working methods, observing safety rules and regulations, and attending technical and progress meetings with owners.

  • As an ACMV systems coordinator, you will visit construction sites to solve interferences and update as-built drawings. You will also supervise testing and commissioning works and prepare checklists, procedures, and close-out comments for completed projects.

  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to prepare progress claims and follow up on the aftermath of projects.

  • A diploma or degree in M&E/LEW is mandatory, along with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

  • You must possess good communication skills, be independent and self-motivated, and have knowledge of design and implementation of ACMV systems.
