Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to oversee and manage projects related to Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Review and analyze project specifications and design documents.
  • Provide technical expertise and support in the selection and procurement of ACMV equipment and systems.
  • Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD software.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
Requirements

To be successful as a Project Director, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in project engineering, preferably in ACMV systems.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to ACMV systems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
