Project Manager for ACMV Systems
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our team in the delivery of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project engineering, preferably in ACMV systems.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects related to ACMV systems. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution. Key tasks include reviewing and analyzing project requirements and design specifications, providing technical expertise and support in the selection and procurement of ACMV equipment and systems, creating detailed design drawings using AutoCAD software, preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables, conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors for installation, commissioning, and testing of ACMV systems.
Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, experience in project engineering, preferably in ACMV systems, proficiency in AutoCAD software, knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to ACMV systems, strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
