Job Title: Science Support AssistantJob Description:
  • Maintain and ensure that the materials in Art room and equipment in the Science laboratory are clean and in good working condition.
  • Maintain the science hydroponics, Vegepods and eco-garden areas.
  • Support in overseeing Science Trails in the school.
  • Assist the teachers on the Science experiments.
  • Maintain the science laboratory inventory.
  • Maintain the Art room inventory.
  • Maintain the Maths inventory.
  • Laminate and packing of teaching resources.
  • Any other job assigned by the school based on the school's needs.
Requirements:
  • Min 'O' level.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Basic science laboratory knowledge i.e preparing chemicals, apparatus etc.
  • Preferably with similar working experience in a school environment.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Able to speak and write English.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills to effectively manage their workload. Strong attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of the Science laboratory and Art room.

They will be responsible for providing general support to the Science department, assisting teachers with Science experiments, and maintaining the science laboratory and Art room inventories.

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
