About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Food and Beverage leader to join our team as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead with vision, elevate the dining experience, and drive profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of managers and employees across the hotel's restaurants and bar, ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Support the development of innovative menus and wine lists, ensuring exceptional product quality.
  • Drive profitability by managing labour costs, expenses, purchasing, and inventory while seeking creative ways to enhance revenue.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to develop marketing and promotional plans for each outlet.
  • Engage actively with guests in all outlets, building relationships, securing feedback, and cultivating loyalty among regulars and new patrons.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within an international luxury hotel brand.
  • Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
