About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished food and beverage professional to lead with vision and elevate dining experiences. We seek leaders with passion, expertise, and strategic acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers and employees across restaurants and bars, ensuring highest standards of service and brand values.
  • Support Director of Food & Beverage in shaping long-term strategic vision for restaurants and bar.
  • Drive profitability by managing labour costs, expenses, purchasing, and inventory while seeking creative ways to enhance revenue.
  • Partner with Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and culinary leadership to develop innovative menus and wine lists, ensuring exceptional product quality.
  • Develop and implement yearly marketing and promotional plans for each outlet, aligned with annual F&B strategy.
  • Engage actively with guests in all outlets, building relationships, securing feedback, and cultivating loyalty among regulars and new patrons.
  • Ensure seamless communication and cooperation across departments through regular meetings and operational alignment.
  • Maintain a hands-on presence during service, leading by example to motivate team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
