Job Overview

This role offers a chance to lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire ERP lifecycle, including system integration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and create actionable project plans.
  • Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and risks, ensuring regular updates are provided to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors and third-party solution providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including training and user adoption strategies.
  • Monitor post-implementation support and continuous improvement of ERP systems.

Requirements / Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong track record in ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
