Job Summary

A dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) is required to lead our ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration of financial processes into ERP systems.

This role involves configuring ERP modules, supporting post-implementation activities, and bridging the gap between accounting requirements and technical capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, a strong understanding of finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, taxation, and financial reporting, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and validating Chart of Accounts, cost centers, GLs, and financial reporting structures in the ERP system.
  • Performing system testing, identifying discrepancies, and recommending solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive ERP documentation.

Additionally, this role requires:

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in the ERP setup.
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency through ERP features.
Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or services environment is preferred. Additionally, exposure to automation tools or business intelligence platforms, familiarity with IFRS, GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations are considered assets.
