We are seeking a driven and personable wine education professional to grow our enrollments in wine education programs.
Fine wines are a leading fine wine retailer and education provider, offering WSET-certified courses and professional sommelier training. Our team of experts has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, ensuring that our students receive top-notch education and training.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Enrollments: Meet and exceed monthly course sales targets for wine, sake, food safety courses.
- Lead Management: Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Client Engagement: Understand customers' learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a database of leads and follow up to nurture long-term relationships.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend relevant wine events or premium courses to existing customers.
- Market Outreach: Attend wine events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.
- Reporting: Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in education, hospitality, wine, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards sales targets.
