Wine Education Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wine Education Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion in our wine education programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Enrolments: Meet and exceed monthly course sales targets for wine, sake, food safety courses.
  • Lead Management: Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Client Engagement: Understand customers' learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a database of leads and follow up to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend relevant wine events or premium courses to existing customers.
  • Market Outreach: Attend wine events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Preferably in education, hospitality, wine, or luxury goods.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: With the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Self-motivated and Results-oriented: Comfortable working towards sales targets.
