
Academic Records Manager

The Academic Records Manager is a critical position responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of academic records, ensuring their integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and institutional standards. The incumbent will manage the registration, enrolment, administration, field education, and scholarship processes, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and supportive of student and faculty requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance and security of academic records, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
• Manage the registration, enrolment, and administration processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to resolve issues related to academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of academic record management systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in academic record management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful project management, with a focus on improving processes and systems to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of academic policies and regulations, including data privacy laws such as PDPA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, providing clear direction, support, and development opportunities.
