Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a high-end beverage concept, including menu creation, training programs, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, optimize operational efficiency, and drive business results.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of bartenders, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform menu engineering and operational decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all areas of beverage operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury hotel or Michelin restaurant environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading beverage teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and crafted mixed drinks, as well as beverage costing and cost control principles.
