Job Description:

Singapore is a top luxury retail destination and we are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our boutique in this exciting market. As the Boutique Manager, you will be at the heart of our boutique's operations, responsible for leading your team to success and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aim to exceed sales targets through strategic client relationships and strong leadership.
  • Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop short and long-term goals for the boutique.
  • Devise and execute strategies to generate sales, while overseeing in-store promotional displays and exclusive customer events.
  • Stay up-to-date with local luxury market trends, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Build strong relationships with local VIP and high-value clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in boutique/store management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with experience in budget management, sales analysis, and staff development.
  • A passion for luxury retail, with knowledge of market trends and the ability to build relationships with VIP clients.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
