Food and Beverage Director

As a senior leader in the food and beverage industry, you will have the opportunity to drive excellence and innovation in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across all venues to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with the Culinary team to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet agreed standards.
- Monitor beverage quality across outlets to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and temperature.
- Drive creativity and innovation in F&B presentations to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety (HACCP), fire safety, and emergency procedures across the team.
- Review financial reports and ensure cost controls are in place to maintain profitability.
- Act as liaison between the executive committee and the F&B team in the absence of the director.
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management or possess extensive hands-on experience in similar restaurant concepts.
- Minimum 8 years of F&B experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Forbes 5-Star luxury hotel or world's best 50 hotels/restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, including Forbes 5-Star and LQA.
- Prior work experience in Singapore, Asia, or South East Asia is highly desirable.
