  • Key Responsibilities:
">

Develop and execute testing strategies for cutting-edge NPI products to ensure their quality, reliability, and performance.

">

Design and implement electro-optical tests to characterize active optoelectronic devices and photonic integrated circuits, utilizing expertise in electrical testing and circuit design principles.

">

Generate comprehensive test reports with detailed analyses, measurement results, and actionable recommendations within tight deadlines.

">

Contribute to the growth of Photonics Test Lab's capabilities by maintaining test setups, jigs, and instrumentation calibration, as well as software control and automation.

">

Collaborate with design engineers to enhance DFT (Design for testability) and ensure optical module testability.

">

Apply a solid understanding of engineering principles, including basics of circuit design and electrical testing concepts.

">

Demonstrate hands-on experience with power supplies, source measurement units, optical power meters, and other essential equipment.

">

Excel in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with NPI, process, quality, and production teams.

">

Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

">

Requirements:

">

Graduate degree from a reputable Engineering faculty.

">

Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel or statistical software (e.g., JMP).

">

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

">

Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and teamwork.

">

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

">

Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the engineering field.

">

Adaptability and willingness to work under supervision as part of a team.

">

Ability to take initiative on small-scale tasks.
