**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal and Compliance professional to join our organization. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the review and drafting of contracts and agreements, as well as providing legal advice and opinions on operational and legal issues.

You will also be involved in the implementation of company policies and practices, and will assist in the maintenance of files and documents under the purview of the Legal and Compliance department.

In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team, and ensure that all legal agreements are properly maintained.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in general corporate and commercial work. You will also need to have prior experience in corporate secretarial work, with knowledge of Singapore and English law.

Furthermore, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will also need to be able to read, write and speak in both English and Mandarin.
