About the Job

As a Help Desk Associate, you will be working in a dynamic contact centre environment, interacting with customers via telephone and resolving their queries efficiently.

  • The work schedule is from 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • A bonus is included in the salary package.
Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include providing first-level support via OMNI Channels, working closely with the team to meet service levels, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Diploma, NITEC, GCE 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification is required.
  • A minimum C5 grade for English O level is essential.
  • Prior experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in a second language, computer literacy, and good typing skills.
