About the Role

","

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital transformation, IT outsourcing, automation, or cloud solutions and be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and map them to our digital transformation solutions. We are looking for a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has good communication and presentation skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Research and identify potential clients in Singapore within targeted industries","
  • Support outreach campaigns via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events","
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales executives","
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and demos for clients","
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, or equivalent)","
  • Track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups","
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) with senior colleagues","
  • Understand client needs and map them to IFT World's digital transformation solutions (automation, AI, IT outsourcing, cloud, etc.)","
  • Provide excellent customer service during the sales process","
  • Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales team to support campaigns","
  • Coordinate with delivery/technical teams for solution design input","
  • Share market insights and competitor updates with the team","

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field","
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or internship in IT/software/digital services (fresh graduates welcome)","
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, IT outsourcing, automation, or cloud solutions","
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English","
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment","
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace","
