Job Title:

Fundraising Director


We are seeking a seasoned Fundraising Director to lead our organization's fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in securing significant funding for non-profit organizations.


Responsibilities:
  • Determine organisational needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs through determining the involvement and requirements of donors/sponsors participating in events.
  • Coordinate and manage operational and administrative functions to ensure events are delivered timely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on event positioning/pitching for purposes of effective publicity and timely preparation/production of collaterals.
  • Conduct post-event evaluation, documentation and debrief for continuous improvement purposes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for active stewardship of existing and potential donors.
  • Build relationships and maintain regular communication with various corporate groups and donors.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in fundraising, events or donor engagement.
  • Preferably to have experience in event organising/management experience.
  • Experience in fundraising in the social service industry is an advantage.
  • Bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects preferably.
