Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating fundraising events, engaging donors and sponsors, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate fundraising events to meet organisational needs, engaging donors and sponsors.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders about roles responsibilities and timelines.
  • Recommend procurements, manage vendors and ensure project schedules are met.
  • Coordinate operational administrative functions for timely event delivery, including token appreciation preparation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on event positioning publicity, preparing collaterals as needed.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, managing projects and events.
  • Maintain accurate documentations for audit purposes, preparing end-of-event statements.
  • Document evaluate and debrief post-event activities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop implement stewardship strategies for existing potential donors.
  • Build maintain relationships with corporate groups donors through regular communication.
  • Deliver public educations talks exhibitions presentations on the institution's role donation opportunities.
  • Submit regular fundraising performance reports statistics to Senior Manager Fundraising Head Communications Community Engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing Mass Communications from a recognised institution.
  • 5-8 years of experience in fundraising events donor engagement preferably with event management skills.
  • Experience in fundraising within the social service industry is advantageous.
  • Bilingual ability to communicate in local dialects is preferred.
