Position Overview
The Capella Concierge is responsible for providing precise information to tenant inquiries while maintaining the confidentiality of hotel operations. All communications must be handled promptly and professionally, adhering to established standards and protocols. Collaborating with relevant departments is essential to fulfill the requirements effectively.
The Role
A. Oversee Clubhouse Operations
- Ensure the Concierge Desk is staffed and operational from 8am to 8pm daily.
- Maintain an updated record of guest movements through the Interaction Log.
- Ensure the Clubhouse is kept in pristine condition, reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues as needed.
B. Enhance Service and Operational Standards
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions and related information.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, layout, and operational hours.
C. Facilitate Concierge Services and Facility Reservations
- Assist with recommendations and bookings at various dining establishments, attractions, and accommodations.
- Help coordinate transportation requests.
- Manage laundry pick-up and delivery services for tenants.
- Receive packages on behalf of tenants and arrange courier services as required.
- Communicate important guest information to relevant departments (e.g., special requests, events, or issues).
- Prepare venues prior to bookings, assist with handovers, and inspect spaces upon tenant return.
- Provide guidance on the use of facilities such as the Spa Room, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, and BBQ pits as applicable.
- Inform tenants about deposits and charges upon request.
Talent Profile
- High School diploma or relevant experience in the hospitality sector.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve service excellence.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
