Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist to join our team. As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Operate milling, sieving, and blending of high-grade materials to produce high-quality products.
  • Assist in melting operations and support other operational activities as needed.
  • Conduct Lab final sampling and perform Thermal Treatment Operation.
  • Prepare high-grade material shipments and ensure output meets projected targets according to the Treatment Plan.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition through preventive maintenance and regular checks.
  • Weigh materials precisely before and after processing and label recovered products correctly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry; ITE or Diploma holder with relevant experience considered.
  • Working experience in precious metal/base metal industries an added advantage.
  • Team player with independence and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
