DC Operations Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DC Operations Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact.

Job Description

As a DC Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centres. Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of our data centre infrastructure
  • Responding to incidents and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Performing benchmarking on system performance and presenting findings to management

You will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to fix technical issues and provide timely support to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in engineering or IT with at least 2 years of experience in DC operations
  • Good knowledge of data centre facilities and operations support as well as data centre operations best practice
  • Possess basic certificate of infocomm technology and ITIL foundation level certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
