Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead initiatives that drive property sales and leasing across residential, commercial, industrial, and medical segments.

This role oversees marketing operations, digital media, agent engagement, and budget management, while supervising the team and reporting to the Head of Marketing.

  • Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and events to promote brand and properties for sales and lease.
  • Develop cohesive and distinctive marketing, advertising, and communication materials for sales, leasing, retention, and engagement purposes.
  • Responsible for day-to-day digital and social media activities including planning, uploading campaigns, optimization, and reporting; media planning, buying, and execution; trafficking and reporting of media campaigns; and support in the development of media strategies and proposals.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Requirements:

Degree in Marketing or equivalent

  • At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in multinational companies or real estate industry.
  • Flair for copywriting, an eye for creative layout and visualisation.
  • Possess strong media buying knowledge and have experience working with media agencies, covering print, OOH, digital, and social media channels.
