About The Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to spearhead property sales and leasing initiatives across diverse segments.

  • Develop strategic marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and events to enhance brand awareness and drive sales/lease of residential, commercial, industrial, and medical properties.
  • Create cohesive marketing materials for sales, leasing, retention, and engagement purposes.
  • Oversee day-to-day digital and social media activities including campaign planning, optimization, and reporting; media planning, buying, and execution; and support in media strategy development.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and activities, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Foster strategic partnerships, soliciting co-promotional relationships with external partners and aggregators.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with property agents through regular communications and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies or real estate industry.
  • Strong copywriting skills, creative eye for layout and visualization.
  • Proficient in media buying, experience working with media agencies covering print, OOH, digital, and social media channels.
  • Well-versed in digital marketing platforms, delivering robust leads acquisition campaigns with detailed tracking and optimization.
