  • Develop and implement data-informed lifecycle strategies to boost ARPU growth, upsell, and retention.
  • Utilize analytics to guide key decisions and uncover new opportunities for value creation and deeper engagement.
  • Create targeted campaigns that enhance loyalty by leveraging segmentation, behavioural data, and personalisation techniques.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor moves to ensure our strategies remain relevant and customer-centric.
  • Explore innovative technologies, including AI tools, to elevate campaign targeting, messaging, and reach.
  • Design and execute omnichannel campaigns that incorporate hyper-personalisation and contextual marketing methods to amplify impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to develop automated engagement flows driven by predictive models and customer behaviours.
  • Oversight of campaign delivery - from timeline management to execution and tracking - to guarantee timely and seamless rollout.
  • Evaluate campaign performance against KPIs and translate insights into continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Economics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing, Business Analysis, or CRM. Bonus if experience in telco environment.
  • Familiarity with Marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with MarTech solutions, e.g., Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel.
  • Background in market research and statistics.
  • A curious mindset and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Results-oriented, creative, and willing to propose new solutions.
