We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Solutions Designer to join our team.

Job Description:

The Enterprise Solutions Designer will be responsible for bridging business needs with technology solutions in the Budgeting and Financial Planning domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery
    • Prepare, review and deliver financial planning solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase technical feasibility when necessary.
    • Propose the solution and selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer requirements.
    • Lead conduct of business workshops and assessment.
    • Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions exist.
    • Highlight the positive impact of the solution to help customers achieve their business goals.
  • Business Development
    • Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to customers and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
    • Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Identify, build and manage partnerships with product vendors to strengthen product capabilities and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
