Senior Digital Transformation Architect

This is a unique opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to provide overall governance and strategy that ensures efficient, consistent, and compliant execution of technology solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in system architecture and solutioning, technology deployment, and operations to ensure technology platforms and solutions adhere to established architecture standards for new initiatives as well as ongoing changes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of an enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy, setting the direction and delivering the future state of the Enterprise Architecture (EA);
  • Conceptualize, architect, design, and implement digital solutions while researching the current state, identifying gaps, and mapping out the to-be state and roadmap;
  • Provide guidance on establishing architecture policies, standards, processes, and platforms to drive scalability and proposed changes where required;
  • Develop and communicate guiding principles, governance structures related to the selection of architectural components;
  • Ensure technology platforms and solutions adhere to architecture standards for new initiatives and ongoing changes;
  • Overall architecture governance, including security, quality, compliance, and data;
  • Administer regular architecture reviews, facilitate the resolution of feedback, track, and follow up for effective closure of design gaps;
  • Ensure consistency in design and principles are maintained and supported;
  • Provide direction and advice on organization-wide technology changes in the development of enterprise business architecture vision and related IT solutions;
  • Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams in the delivery of solutions and results through technology enhancements, development, and implementation;
  • Mentor the team in raising collective technical competencies and guide application operations; propose new solution methodologies;
  • Maintain up-to-date architecture and solution artefacts, as well as communication materials for stakeholders, technology forums, and community engagements.
