  • Formulating the sales penetration strategy for designated markets, identifying staffing needs to execute the strategy and broaden the company's outreach.
  • Leveraging Market Intelligence to effectively communicate our value proposition and advantages to prospects and clients throughout the Greater China area.
  • Recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervising a team of Sales Managers, empowering them to meet their respective sales objectives.
  • Providing the necessary infrastructure and resources to cultivate, monitor, and enhance the expertise of each team member, as facilitating career development among our representatives is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Expected to surpass revenue and retention targets through proficient management of the complete sales process and exemplary execution across the entire sales funnel.
  • Delivering effective reporting and forecasting for both existing and new business opportunities.
  • Contributing to the long-term strategic plan for the Greater China region.

This position is ideal for candidates who possess:

  • 8+ years of overall work experience.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Commercial Leader or Team Manager with a proven history of building and managing successful teams/business units focused on the Greater China Region.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (business level) to effectively serve customers in the Greater China Region.
  • Experience in SaaS Sales.
  • A successful track record in developing and executing comprehensive strategic business plans at a regional level.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, coupled with experience in market intelligence.
  • Strong interviewing capabilities with experience in recruiting and onboarding new sales representatives and account managers.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire, lead, and motivate multiple teams.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A proven history of establishing and maintaining robust relationships with clients at a senior level.
